APEX Firearms and Defence [ApexFD] Shipping Policy

ApexFD endeavours to ensure our store has accurate photos, descriptions, pricing and stock levels.

As we operate both an online and physical store, in rare circumstances, it is possible that an item you order from our website may sell in-store in the short time between you placing the order and our team picking your order. If this happens, we will let you know by phone/email as soon as possible and discuss whether you would like to cancel your order or wait for new stock to arrive.

ApexFD ships products Australia wide via Australia Post or Courier.

Certain products, including firearms, certain firearm parts and certain ammunition cannot be shipped directly to you. This may depend on your State of residence. Instead, we can usually send such items to a firearms dealership in your area. Speak to us for details.

Orders for in-stock items are normally dispatched within 1 business day (but certainly no more than 3 business days). Delivery can take 3-14 business days subject to method of shipping and your location.

We endeavour to provide excellent customer service, so if you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help remedy the situation.

Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive exactly what you ordered. If the product isn't what you ordered and you advise us within 7 days of receipt, we will either swap the item for the correct item, or issue you with a refund.

Damaged items

If an item is received in a damaged state, please contact us within 7 days so that we can review what has happened and resolve the issue. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage. Where damage in transit is confirmed, we will discuss options with you which may include shipping you another item or issuing a refund.

Change of Mind

You have 14-days to change your mind on most products. You will need to return the item at your cost (or drop it into our store) and once the item is received by us and the return approved, will then receive a store credit, excluding delivery charges, to spend on other items in our store.

Products which cannot be returned due to change of mind include custom products (special orders or personalised items), gift cards, sale items or items which have been used or damaged. If items have been opened and/or boxes damaged, return is at our discretion.
